Fran has worked in the jewellery and watch industry for more than 15 years and has a strong background in journalism and communications. After starting out in the trade at Retail Jeweller magazine in2004, she joined the Company of Master Jewellers (CMJ) in 2011 as communications manager. Fran then worked for three years at jewellery specialist PR agency Facets, before returning to the CMJ as Head of Marketing in August 2019.
