Founded in Madrid in the late ’90s, the brand responded to the need for a style of jewelry that broke with convention. What followed was a revolution, in which the techniques and processes of traditional jewelry-making served to create a new way of doing things. Around the same time, José Azulay acquired UNOde50 and began to create distinctive jewelry with unique and decidedly original designs.
The few units created only served to reinforce the brand’s personality and select nature. The first UNOde50 collections consisted of only 50 units each, a commitment to quality and exclusivity that progressively evolved given the success of the brand. Today, more than 20 years later, UNOde50 continues to write its story.
