Ben is the CEO of the National Association of Jewellers (NAJ), leading a team dedicated to supporting and creating value for over 1,500 jewellery businesses and their people. He works closely with the National Committee to shape and deliver the Association’s long-term plans, ensuring its goals reflect the changing needs of members and the wider jewellery industry.

One of Ben’s key focuses is making sure NAJ members’ voices are heard by policymakers and other important decision-makers. Through this advocacy, he helps strengthen the jewellery sector’s position and influence on key issues that matter to businesses.

Ben is also a co-opted Board Member for the Trade Association Forum, where he helps promote best practices and collaboration across different industries in the UK.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys staying active. You’ll often find him playing football or golf—or running around the garden with his young family
