Michael Donaldson founded The Value Innovator consultancy after 30 years of adding value to British, French, and American owned multi-national companies, from bars of soap at Procter & Gamble, to bars of gold at the Cookson Group. In the last 10 years he has supported UK SME businesses with his transformational experience and expertise, specifically in the areas of leadership, strategy, and growth.

His personal belief that “business doesn’t have to be complicated” has seen him add value to businesses and their people through mentoring, team facilitation and workshops as the challenges of both large and small organisations tend to be the same, how to improve people performance, product profitability and process productivity - there’s just a few more or a few less noughts attached.

In more recent years he has facilitated the Jet Business Network for the NAJ, a network for Independent Retail Jewellers which has been delivering member value through shared knowledge, experience, and expertise since 2005.
