Helen is the founder of Torchlight Consulting and former UK Commercial Director of Signet Jewellers, the business behind H.Samuel and Ernest Jones. As a member of the executive team, she led commercial strategy and played a key role in returning the business to profit. Earlier, as Product Director, she modernised the range and launched Origin, Ernest Jones’ award-winning traceable diamond collection.

Today, Helen works with manufacturers, UK independents and global brands on range and sourcing strategy, supplier partnerships and business growth.

Now in her fourth year as a judge, Helen says: “Judging gives me a front-row seat to how the industry is evolving.
