    Outstanding Contribution to the Industry

Winner: Peter Taylor, director, The Goldsmiths' Centre

"As director of the Goldsmiths’ Centre for over a decade, Peter has led the transformation of a once-derelict Victorian school into one of the most respected training and community hubs for jewellers and silversmiths in the world. Under his leadership, the Centre has supported countless apprentices, emerging designers, and established craftspeople through programmes that blend technical skill with business insight. But his real power lies not in his job title — but in his approach. As one of his colleagues recently put it: “The accolades on his office wall do not do justice to the lives and careers he’s impacted — both through personal mentorship and in developing training that continues to hold relevance today."
